Hosted Buyer Data import fields for Buyers and Suppliers

In this  article,   we will explain the mandatory data fields that you need to include in the data import sheet for the Hosted Buyer Solution platform for both buyers and suppliers types.


Buyers mandatory Data requirement fields 

The fields specified below are the minimum and mandatory requirements for a data import in the Hosted Buyer solution platform. There is no maximum limit for the number of the data fields that you would like Grip to add to your event. You can add as many as fields to your data and have them pre-populated on the platform. 

- *Registration ID: The user will use this field with the email address field to activate his/her profile. **This field is unique per user.

- *Buyer ID: Every buyer Must have a unique company ID code. For instance: X and Y both work for Microsoft and join the event as a buyer. In this scenario Microsoft Id is M001. X's buyer ID will be M001 and Y's buyer id will be M001.  

- *Data type: This field explains the data type that the user belongs to.

- *Group name: This field explains the group that the user belongs to. 

- Event meetings unique: This field is used for whether meetings are Exclusive or Not. It is only needed to select the option ‘Exclusive Meeting’ when the meetings are unique. You can either add this field at the time when you submit the data import or add this later to the dashboard manually.

- Full name

- First name

- Last name

- Email address: Email address is a unique field. Duplicates emails will be rejected and they will not be imported to the system.

- Company name

- Job title

Suppliers mandatory Data requirement fields
