How to use the Instant Company Chat function from Grip Teams

This article explains how the Instant Partner/Sponsor Chat works to take direct messages from Attendees in an Event and answer them as the company from the Grip Platform. 


Where does the Instant Company Chat show on the platform?

1. Inside the Session Sponsorship Banner

Straight from a session that is sponsored by a Company, an attendee, can choose to message the Sponsoring Company to start a one to one conversation about their product, services or content provided by the presenter. 

 

2. On the Partner/Sponsor Profile

Straight from a session that is sponsored by a Company, an attendee can choose to message the Sponsoring Company to start a one to one conversation about their product, services or content provided by the presenter.

Where can Sponsors/Partners find the Messages from Attendees?

The Messages that Attendees sent to a Partner/Sponsor can be found inside the Teams section of the Grip platform.

Do companies receive an email for new Company Chat Messages?
No, at the moment a company does not receive emails or notifications for company chat messages.
