Event Participants cannot download their Inbound Leads and Teams Results overview. Only Event Organizers can from the "Teams" section in the Grip Dashboard. The organiser is responsible for its GDPR Compliance in sharing this export with the Event Participant. These include the following:
As an Exhibitor/Sponsor/Company Representative with Access to Grip Teams:
Export your Teams meeting data.
This will generate a CSV file of all the meetings that your team has accepted.
Contacts
This will generate a CSV file with the details of your teams' contacts from the event (connections or meetings). For privacy reasons, email addresses is only provided for contacts who have allowed you to scan their badge at the event and if the Event Organiser has provided the Phone Numbers of Participants to Grip. The Email Address of participants that have booked an external meeting through the smart calendar are also included in the export.
This means, that for meetings scheduled through the networking experience the email and Phone numbers will not be included in the CSV file.

Team Results
This will show the information from the Team, and what actions the user has completed.
Inbound Leads
Shows all people that have expressed interest in a team's items and people. This will include information whether any of the team members reviewed the profile and the lead's email addresses. This is only accessible to Event Organisers. For example: if we include the user's phone number; this information will not be displayed in the inbound list's column.
Simplified Inbound Leads
Shows all people that have expressed interest in a team's items and people, but within a simplified framework with only the most important information included.
*Limitation: The export "Contacts" on the Teams page shows the information on people who have connections and scheduled meetings with the team, and therefore they may not show up on the Inbound Leads CSV file. Leads Export contains information on the person being a contact or not.

Lead tags |
This column contains a list of all lead qualifications the person has met. The detailed explanation of the tags can be found below. |
LT - Viewed | This column is a breakdown of who has viewed this lead |
LT - Network | This column is a breakdown of who has connected and had an interest in this lead |
LT - Meeting | This column is a breakdown of who has arranged a meeting with this lead |
LT - Session | This column is a breakdown of the sponsored sessions this lead has attended |
LT - Company Chat | This column is a breakdown of who has been involved in a company chat with this lead |
Review status |
This column can take two values: 1) 'Reviewed' - meaning at least one of the team members took action on the thing (skip, meeting or interest action) 2) 'Pending review' - none of the team members took an action on the team. |
Is contact? | This column takes two values: true and false, depending on whether the person is a contact of the team (has a connection or a meeting scheduled) |
Lead connection with the team | This column lists all team members that are connected to the lead. |

Viewed | This means the "Lead" has viewed a profile associated with the Team, this can be a User profile, Product/Item profile or the Company Profile |
Interested In | This means the "Lead" has marked a profile associated with the Team with " Interested", this can be a User profile, Product/Item profile or the Company Profile |
Marked as Interested by |
This means a Team Member has marked the Lead as Interested. For example, Bill Gates, is a Team Member of Microsoft and has marked Elon Musk as "Interested". |
Connected with | This means the "Lead" has connected with a User that is a member of the Team. |
Connected By | This means the "Lead" has connected been with a Team Member. For example, Bill Gates, is a Team Member of Microsoft and has connected with Elon Musk. |
Meeting Pending | This means the "Lead" has a pending meeting with a User this is a member of the Team. |
Meeting Pending by | This means the "Lead" has an outstanding pending meeting from a User that is a member of the Team |

Team Result Export Column Explanation
Profile/Session Views | The number of times the (Session, Product, Company, User) was viewed within the event. |
Session Attendees | The number of Event Participants that attended the session. |
Profile Interested Actions Received | The number of times someone marked the profile with "Interested" in the Event. |
Profile Interested Actions Taken | The number of times the User took an "interested" action on someone within the Event. |
Profile Connections | The number of Connections the User has made in the Event. |
Profile Meetings Requested | The number of times the User Requested a Meeting with someone in the Event. |
Profile Meetings Received | The number of times someone requested a meeting with the user in the Event. |
Profile Meetings Scheduled | The number of accepted/scheduled meetings that the user had within the Event. |
Monetisation Package Purchased | The monetization package level that the Company was on (this will be the same for all items in the spreadsheet) |
