If a user is in the Grip system with the wrong Registration ID, for example, due to their being duplicate records in the registration system with Grip having imported just one.
You can update the Registration ID in Grip with the following steps:
1. Sign in to the Grip Admin Dashboard
2. Open up the correct Application and Event
3. Under Data Types, go to All, and search for the record by email, registration id or Name
4. Update the Registration ID of the User in Grip with the correct one.
