While the Grip platform recommends people to meet with for Exhibitors and Attendees, some organisers want to provide a higher level of service to key exhibitors in order to improve their networking success.
This can be done in various ways.
1. Organise sponsored roundtables for an individual exhibitor on the platform for which you, the organiser, handpick which people can attend them. More details here: https://support.grip.events/article/311-how-to-set-up-private-virtual-roundtables-in-grip
2. Send bulk meeting invites on behalf of an Exhibitor to specific Attendees, requiring the attendee to still accept those individual meetings. More details here: https://support.grip.events/article/10-how-to-create-bulk-meeting-invites
3. Set up specific 1:1 Meetings for Exhibitors and Attendees, straight from the organiser dashboard as explained below.
1. Go into the Grip Dashboard and open the Meetings tab
2. Create your Meeting
Consider adding a comment explaining this is a meeting created by the "Organiser Concierge Service".
As soon as you press create meeting, the recipient (Tim Groot in this case) will receive an email to accept the meeting. You can also search for the meeting and accept it on behalf of the recipient.
