How it works:
You can group your Sponsors into tiers in order to visibly differentiate between levels of sponsorship in the Exhibitor list. Group names are free text so you can categorise the Sponsors according to your event specifics.
Configuration:
- Does not work in combination with the Top of Listing functionality

Monetisation Functionality
As well as the individual sponsorship opportunities, Grip enables organisers to create configurable monetisation packages that facilitate up-selling to Sponsors and Exhibitors.
- Offer anytime upgrade options to your Exhibitors
- 3 tiers of Exhibitor - Basic, Pro, Premium
- Limit leads, products, profile fields and more
Exhibitor Profile - Embedded Video
How it works:
You can allow selected Sponsors to have embedded videos on their company profiles. This gives the Sponsors more control over their profile’s branding and adds a level of interactivity.

Exhibitor Profile - Profile Fields
How it works:
You can enable different profile fields for different levels/packages of Exhibitor.
Popular choices include - sales brochure, white paper, company website. This allows the exhibitor to clearly highlight and showcase their varying assets and company.
As well as building out their company profile, the profile fields are also used to maximise a company’s visibility. You can limit the number of answers an Exhibitor can give for a field. These answers are used for filters and help users find companies that fit their search criteria.
The more fields a company can select, the higher a chance of appearing in search results and therefore gaining leads.
Configuration:
- We do not host any assets, the fields will need to be urls not pdfs
- Please speak to your Customer Success and Project Manager about the best ways to use profile fields to advantage your Exhibitors
Exhibitor Profile - Products
How it works:
You can limit the number of Products a Sponsor/Exhibitor can upload to their profile. This is a key monetisation area as a Product profile also gains leads for the Exhibitor. These Products have their own ‘profile’ too, allowing Exhibitors to showcase their chosen Products.
Performance:
Average 5.5 leads per product.
Configuration:
- Products will need to be set up as a separate data type
Pending Meetings
How it works:
We are able to limit the number of pending meetings that Exhibitor Representatives can have. Having more pending meetings means that you can send our more meeting requests (without any of them needing to be accepted or declined) before you reach a limit.
This is a key area of monetisation as meetings are a primary reason for Exhibitors attending shows.
Configuration:
- This can only be set at data type level unless monetisation packages are used.
Inbound Leads
How it works:
The Inbound Leads section in Teams features the profiles of users that have shown interest in, viewed, connected with, or had a meeting with any of the Exhibitor Representatives, the Exhibitor profile, any linked Products. Inbound Leads are also generated when a user has watched a sponsored session.
We can limit the number of leads an exhibitor can view. If they reach their limit, they will be prompted to upgrade.
Configuration:
- Exhibitors cannot export their inbound leads, they can only export their contacts. A lead becomes a contact if they have a connection of accepted meeting with a representative
