Company Profile Overview
Company Profiles include a number of features that can be edited on the Grip Dashboard and on the Grip App by Representatives. Fields that you can update on the Company Profile include: CompanyPicture, CompanyName, Headline, Location, and JobIndustry. You can also update the Company’s answers to Metadata Questions, Relationships, and Event Location.
Editing the Company Profile
Organizers can update the Company Profile on behalf of the Exhibitor/Company on the Grip Dashboard.
1. On the Grip Dashboard, go to where your company Data Types are listed. In this example, we will use Exhibitors
2. Click on the Company that needs to be edited
3. Click on the field that you would like to edit (Fields that you can update on the Company Profile include: Image, Name, Headline, Location and Industry)
4. Click the “ Save” button on the top right of each section updated before navigating to a different page
How to Change Company Answers to Metadata
1. While on a Company Profile on the Grip Dashboard, click on " Metadata"
2. Find the Metadata field that you want to edit and click on the line. Select what you want to add from the Metadata drop down or type what you are looking for
3. Click the “ Save” button on the top right of the Metadata section before navigating to a different page
How to Add Clickable URLs
1. While on a Company Profile on the Grip Dashboard, click on " Metadata"
2. Find the Metadata field that’s called Website and enter the desired URL
3. Click the “ Save” button on the top right of the Metadata section before navigating to a different page
How to Add Representatives
1. While on a Company Profile on the Grip Dashboard, click on " Relationships"
2. Click the “ Add Relation” button, select the relationship type, and then search for desired representative by name
3. Click the “ Save” button on the top right of the Relationship section before navigating to a different page
How to Add Products
1. While on a Company Profile on the Grip Dashboard, click on " Relationships"
2. Click the “ Add Relation” button, add the product relationship, and then search for desired product by name
3. Click the “ Save” button on the top right of the Relationship section before navigating to a different page
How to Add a Company to a Session
1. While on a Company Profile on the Grip Dashboard, click on the “ Add to Session” button
2. On the Add to Session pop-up, select the session the Company needs to be a part of
3. Click on the “ Add to Session” button so the changes save
