In this article, we are going to learn about the General Meeting Insights for your event and what each metric means. The General Meeting Insights are useful when looking for high-level baseline performance statistics and insights on meetings for your event.

Understanding General Meeting Insight Metrics
The General Meeting Insights shows you the data for the type of meetings being held, the number of arrivals, when meetings are being held, and when meeting requests are being sent. The data presented has been analyzed and tested to ensure accuracy. The metrics have been organized and structured based on the Grip database. Deleted meetings are not included in the data presented.

General Meeting Insight Sections:
There are three main sections, each with a specific filter.
1. Event Meetings: This section displays general information regarding all meeting types that occurred in the platform. This includes both virtual and in-person meetings that were organized through the Grip platform.
2. Virtual Meetings Arrivals: This section displays arrival statics about virtual meetings that occurred in the platform. This only includes virtual meetings that were organized through the Grip platform.
3. Meeting Requests: This section displays a timeline of when meeting requests were sent. This includes both virtual and in-person meetings that were organized through the Grip platform.
How to use the filters:
There are three filters in General Meeting Insights
1. Multi-Select Filter by Meeting Types for Event Meetings
To select a value, click the down arrow and select a value.
Multiple values can be selected. The Meeting types (defined in General Meeting Insights Metrics Definition) selected will be displayed in the Event Meeting section. If no values then all Meeting Types will be displayed.
2. Multi-Sect Filter by Meeting Type for Virtual Meeting Arrivals
To select a value, click the down arrow and select a value.
Multiple values can be selected. The Meeting types (defined in General Meeting Insights Metrics Definition) selected will be displayed in the Event Meeting section. If no values then all Meeting Types will be displayed.
3. Date Range Filter for Meeting Requests
To select a range, click and move the endpoints.
The earliest available value for the start date is set for three weeks before the event starts.
This filter will change what you see on the Meeting Request Timelines and this will show you the level of interaction on the run-up to the start of your event dates to see the engagement of participants that are sending meeting requests to other participants before the event dates.

Meeting Types used in Filters:
- Pre-Scheduled 1 to 1: Meetings that occur between two people that are scheduled through the platform
- Pre-Scheduled Group: Meeting with more than 2 people are invited that are scheduled through the platform
- Speed Networking: Speed networking generated through the speed networking feature on the platform
- Instant Video: Meeting that occur between 2 or more people that are occur through the platform, but are not scheduled
- Pre-Generated: MustMeet meetings generated in the platform

A Pie chart that shows the total number of meeting categorized by the meeting type. This is filtered by meeting type. |
Virtual Meeting Arrivals Section Metrics:

Everyone Arrived Percentage |
This is the percentage of meetings where EVERYONE who accepted the meeting arrived. This is filtered by Meeting Types. | |

This is the percentage of meetings where at least one person who accepted the meeting arrived. This is filtered by Meeting Types. | |
No One Arrived Percentage |
This is the percentage of meetings where no one who accepted the meeting arrived. This is filtered by Meeting Types. | |

Frequently Asked Questions
Do meetings insights include deleted meetings?
- No, we do not currently show meetings that have been deleted from the front end.
Do meeting insights show arrivals of meeting for in-person events?
- Currently we do not have any indication of when users arrived for in-person meetings. This is only for virtual meetings.
My meeting was first a Pre-scheduled 1-1 regular meeting with only 2 people, but at a later date, I send an invite to 2 more people to join the meeting, what meeting type would this be now?
- The meeting type will change from Pre-Scheduled 1 to 1 to Pre-scheduled Group.
