This article explains how to set the Group Permissions and Metadata Keys for MustMeet Groups. In this article, we will cover:
Overview
Once your Groups have been created, they must then be configured with permissions similarly to Data Types, to inform the platform which Groups can see and get recommendations from others. Please note, MustMeet Group permissions override Data Type permissions.
All Groups must also have a special unstructured metadata key attached to them called group_type. This is the flag that the Meeting Scheduler platform (which generates the meeting schedules) uses to receive the meeting scores from the Grip Dashboard.
If a Group does not contain a group_type, then the meeting scores will not be transferred to the Meeting Scheduler system.
