We continue to improve our lead and contact management tools to deliver exhibitor success at your events. Being able to add notes to a users profile, and your leads allows colleagues to collaborate more easily and share information, both before and during the event. In turn, this will help with tailored follow-ups of those leads, and other profiles, post-event.
Exhibitors on a Team can add notes to other users' profiles which can then be viewed by other colleagues in their Team.
Colleagues can also be tagged in the note (@person) to receive a notification via email.
Lead notes can be viewed from the:
- Profile details page
- Inbound Leads list
- Contacts table

How to access Lead Notes
1. Access the lead notes in ‘Inbound Leads’ within Grip Teams (Grip’s exhibitor dashboard).
2. Lead Notes can also be accessed from the Contacts page in Grip Teams.
3. Lead notes can also be accessed from a person’s ‘Profile Details’ page.
How to tag a team member
1. Use '@person' to tag a member of your Team, for them to receive a notification via email.
