It ensures they won’t be shown as available for meetings at times when they’re busy—whether attending a session, taking a break, or working at a booth. **Note:** To block a colleague’s time, you must have access to the **Teams** feature on the **web version** of the event platform. Blocking time is useful when someone on your team: - Is attending a session - Needs a break or lunch slot - Is working at a booth or in meetings already - Simply shouldn't be available during specific times When time is blocked: - The team member is **not shown as available** during those times. - Others **can’t book meetings** with them during blocked slots. - The calendar stays in sync with real schedules, making things easier for everyone. Once saved, the blocked time will no longer appear as available when others attempt to book meetings with that team member. #### FAQs **Q: Will blocked time apply across the entire event duration?** A: Blocked time applies only to the specific dates and times you enter.
