# How to export MustMeet Meeting Preferences

In this article, we'll explain how as an Admin you can export Meeting Preferences for the Grip MustMeet Solution from the Grip Engage Admin.

**Pre-requisites:** 

- Having the Groups created for the event
- Having the Groups configured in the MustMeet section
- The event is on "Initial phase - Stage 2: Preference selection and recommendations unavailable. Users can edit their own profile"

To export the meeting preferences ; 

1- Click on the MustMeet section

2- Click on the "Preferences"

3- Click on the "Export data"
