Native Integration with Kentico

Connect Kentico to Grip Engage to synchronise company and custom profile data automatically.

Grips native Kentico integration enables automated, scheduled data synchronisation from Kentico directly into your Grip event. This removes the need for managed integrations when Kentico is your primary data source.

What data can be synced?

The Kentico integration supports synchronisation of:

- Company profiles
- Custom profile data (based on your Kentico field mapping)

Before you begin

You will need:

- Access to your Kentico instance, including API credentials
- Your Grip Engage Admin login
- The relevant data types already created in Grip Engage

Setting up the Kentico integration

1. In Grip Engage Admin, go to Integrations > Native Integrations.
2. Click Add Integration and select Kentico as your data source.
3. When prompted, enter your Kentico API credentials.
4. Select the Kentico event or data source you want to connect.
5. Complete the Native Integration wizard:

   - Select source data – choose which Kentico data types to import
   - Filter data (optional) – define rules to include or exclude records
   - Map data – align Kentico fields with Grip fields
   - Preview – review a sample of the first 20 records
   - Import options – specify how existing records should be updated or retained
   - Schedule and run – set the integration frequency and start the sync
