On both the web application and mobile app, every user is required to set a password when initially logging into the platform. This password applies to all past and future events hosted on the networking platform.
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! There are just four simple steps to reset your password.
Important: if this is your first time logging in and you are asked for a Badge/Registration ID or don't know where to start, read our 'Onboarding steps' article.
Here are the steps to reset your password on the web application and mobile app:
Enter the email address associated with your account. . Please note that in most cases this might be your work email.
Click 'Email me a password reset link' and check your email inbox.
Open the email titled 'Reset your [event_name] password' and click the 'reset password' button. Please note that the email will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org, so make sure to check your spam folder. It might take up to 1 minute for the email to arrive.
On the reset password page, enter your new password twice, and then click the 'Reset Password' button.
After successfully resetting your password, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address and new password to access the platform.
