Inviting other users at the event is as simple as sharing the URL. To do this, here are the steps to find the correct meeting URL.
5 minutes before the virtual meeting is scheduled to take place, the virtual meeting room will be available on your My Schedule.
Once you have joined the virtual meeting room, you are then able to open the virtual meeting in a new tab shown in the example below.
Once in the new meeting room, you are now able to share the meeting URL which will take the other attendees straight to the virtual meeting room.
