Is it possible to assign Attributes on Submission Acceptance?
Yes, you can configure attribute assignment in a submission action. Navigate to Registration > Submissions and open your submission flow. Go to the "Actions" section and create or edit a custom action. Under "Action Settings" - "Create registration", you'll see an "Assign Attributes" field. Select one or more attributes to automatically assign to any registration created via this action, then click "Save".
When an organizer approves a submission by selecting a customized action that includes "create registration" (e.g., 'accepted and registered'), the participant is automatically registered. The submission is converted into a confirmed registration, and the data collected on the form is immediately linked to the registration record.
Yes. Organizers have the flexibility to create their own statuses (like a holding period or a category to be reviewed by management team). Furthermore, organizers can fully customize the actions associated with the submission status, defining exactly what happens upon acceptance, rejection, or tagging.
