What fields are included in Global Search on the Grip Platform?

Grip Search Engine provides a reliable and fast search experience on both the Web platform and Mobile app.

With Grip Search Engine, you can effortlessly search for Event Participants, Companies, Items, and Sessions.

Here's the order in which the Global Search looks for matches based on the search criteria:

    • Profile names
    • Company Names
    • Session names
    • Sessions that the searched company is sponsoring
    • Sessions that profile name is speaking at
    • Custom profile field values
    • Job Titles
    • Session Stages & Tracks
    • Matches within other profile info (e.g. summary)
    • Partial matches

The standard sorting setup prioritizes results in the following order:

      • Relevancy - by descending values of "_score", otherwise, the following logic is also used:
        • Names - in ascending alphabetical order
        • No names - by pushing unnamed things to the end
